Summary

This study compares two methods of using K-wires (thin metal pins) to fix a severe type of elbow fracture in children aged 2-13. The goal is to see which method—crossed pins or pins from the side—better keeps the bone in place after surgery. 90 children will take part, and the main focus is on how often the bone shifts out of position after the procedure.
