Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called K-645 for people having migraine attacks. It included 134 adults aged 18 to 65 with a history of migraines. The goal was to see if the drug could stop pain and other bothersome symptoms better than a placebo. However, the trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
