First human test of new cancer drug combo launches
NCT ID NCT06108050
Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called JZP898. Researchers want to see if it is safe and tolerable when given alone and when combined with an existing immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) for adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The main goals are to find the right dose and check for side effects, while also looking for early signs that the treatment might help shrink tumors.
