This study tests whether adding erythropoietin gel to a bone graft helps preserve bone and gum tissue around dental implants placed right after a tooth is pulled. Twenty-six adults aged 20 to 50 who need a front tooth implant will be randomly assigned to receive either the gel-plus-graft or graft alone.
