Summary
This study is testing whether a liquid nutritional supplement called JUICE HA can help older adults with sarcopenia, a condition of age-related muscle loss. Researchers will give the supplement or a placebo to 60 participants aged 65 and over for 12 weeks. They will measure changes in muscle mass, strength, physical performance, and quality of life to see if the supplement helps.
