Summary
This study will compare two juggling learning methods in 200 college students: throwing balls in the air versus bouncing them off the floor. Participants will practice for two 4-week periods with a week break in between. Researchers will measure juggling performance, mood, and cognitive tasks to see which method and order of learning works best.
