Juggling study seeks best way to learn

Summary

This study looks at two different methods for learning juggling: throwing balls in the air versus bouncing them off the floor. About 200 college students will try both methods in different orders to see which approach leads to better juggling skills. The goal is to understand how people learn motor skills like juggling.
