Summary
This study looked at whether a 10-month judo training program could improve physical fitness and psychological well-being in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Ninety participants, aged 7-14 with and without ASD, trained together in integrated groups twice a week. Researchers measured changes in fitness, anxiety levels, and self-confidence to see if the martial art provided benefits.
