Summary

This study looked at how 10 months of judo training affects physical fitness and anxiety in children aged 7-14 with and without autism. 90 kids participated in integrated judo classes. Results showed improvements in physical fitness and reduced anxiety levels, suggesting judo can be a fun and effective way to support both body and mind for children with autism.
