Summary

This study tested whether a special program of judo training and nutritional advice could help children and teenagers with autism. Researchers wanted to see if this combination could improve their physical fitness, body composition, and eating habits. The program ran for 10 months and involved 100 participants, half with autism and half without, to compare the results.
