New combo therapy shows promise for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (JSB462) to a standard targeted radiation therapy (lutetium-177) works better than the radiation therapy alone for men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. About 138 men whose cancer has spread and shows a certain marker (PSMA-positive) will take part. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease, and to find the best dose for future studies.
