New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat colon tumors

Summary

This study tests a new drug called JS212, given together with other cancer medicines, in people whose colorectal cancer has spread and has not been treated before. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 80 adults will take part.
