New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat colon tumors

Summary
This study tests a new drug called JS212, given with other cancer medicines, in 80 adults with metastatic colorectal cancer that has not been treated before. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. JS212 targets two proteins on cancer cells to try to stop them from growing.
