NCT ID NCT07584135

First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the experimental drug JS107 to standard chemo and immunotherapy works better than another immunotherapy combo for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has a specific marker (CLDN18.2). About 600 adults who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease will be enrolled. The study compares how long participants live or how long their cancer stays under control.
