Summary
This study tests a new drug called JP-1366 for people with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD), a condition causing heartburn without visible damage to the esophagus. About 321 adults will take either JP-1366 or a placebo daily. The main goal is to see if the drug increases the number of days without heartburn.
