Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called JP-1366 can safely reduce heartburn and acid reflux symptoms in people with non-erosive GERD, a condition where they experience symptoms but no visible damage in their esophagus. Researchers will measure how many days participants go without heartburn. The trial needs 321 adults who regularly experience both heartburn and acid regurgitation.
