Summary

This study looked at the safety and performance of a partial knee replacement system (Journey II UNI) in 154 adults with knee arthritis. Researchers tracked how long the implant lasted and any side effects over 5 years. The goal was to see if this device helps patients with knee joint disease that is not caused by inflammation.
