Nationwide hunt for clues to beat joint replacement infections
NCT ID NCT07473089
Summary
This Swiss study is following hundreds of patients who develop an infection after a hip, knee, or other joint replacement. Researchers will track patients for at least two years to see which treatments work best and what factors—like a patient's health or the type of bacteria—lead to a cure. The goal is to gather real-world data to improve future care for this serious complication.
