Summary
This study aims to understand how having very flexible joints (joint hypermobility) affects a person's physical function, body awareness, and quality of life. Researchers will observe and compare over 500 women, some with hypermobility and some without, using questionnaires and physical tests. The goal is to gather detailed information to create better guidelines for physical therapists to help manage this condition.
