Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called JNJ-95597528 in 180 adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves skin symptoms like redness, thickness, and itching. The main goal is to measure at least a 75% improvement in eczema severity after 12 weeks of treatment.
