Summary
This study is testing a new drug called JMT108 for people with advanced melanoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug helps shrink tumors. The trial is open to adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
