Summary
This early-stage study tests a new tablet, JMKX005425, in about 100 people with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes (MSI-H or dMMR). The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants must have tumors that have not responded to other treatments and be in relatively good health.
