Summary
This early study aims to understand how the body absorbs, processes, and eliminates an experimental drug called JMKX003142. It will involve 8 healthy male volunteers. Researchers will track how much of the drug gets into the bloodstream and how it leaves the body to help design future studies for polycystic kidney disease.
