First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This early-stage study in 8 healthy Chinese men aims to understand how the experimental drug JMKX003142 is absorbed, broken down, and eliminated from the body. Participants will receive a radioactive-labelled version of the drug to track its journey. The results will help design future studies for people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
