Summary

This is an early safety study to see if a single dose of an experimental drug called JMKX003142 affects the heart's electrical rhythm in healthy people. The drug is being developed for a genetic kidney disease called ADPKD. Researchers will compare the drug's effects to a placebo in 24 healthy volunteers to check for any heart-related safety issues before testing in patients.
