Summary
This early study aims to understand how the body absorbs, processes, and eliminates a potential new drug for a genetic kidney disease called ADPKD. It will involve 8 healthy male volunteers. Researchers will track how much of the drug gets into the bloodstream and how it leaves the body to gather basic safety and dosing information.
