Summary
This study is testing a jaw surgery called maxillomandibular advancement for people with moderate to severe sleep apnea who can't tolerate standard mask treatments. Researchers will follow 48 participants over time to see if the surgery improves breathing during sleep, reduces daytime sleepiness, and increases airway size. The goal is to understand if this surgical approach provides lasting benefits for sleep apnea symptoms.
