Can simple jaw stretches and breathing calm your nerves?
NCT ID NCT07472010
Summary
This study is testing whether two simple, non-drug exercises can help people relax. Researchers want to see if a jaw stretching routine and a specific breathing pattern (inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 8) can lower stress, reduce muscle tension, and improve heart rate regulation. They are testing this on 52 healthy university students to gather evidence on how these exercises work.
