Summary
This study aimed to understand how common restless legs syndrome is in people with jaw joint (TMJ) disorders and how it affects their sleep and quality of life. Researchers compared 102 adults with TMJ disorders to a similar group without jaw problems. They used questionnaires to measure jaw function, restless legs symptoms, sleep quality, anxiety, and overall well-being to look for connections.
