NCT ID NCT07304557
Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific tongue and facial exercises to standard jaw therapy helps adults with temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD). Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving standard therapy and one receiving standard therapy plus the extra exercises. The goal is to see if the exercises reduce jaw pain and improve how well the jaw and tongue work.
