Summary

This study tested a 4-week exercise program designed to improve jaw alignment and movement in people with jaw pain and dysfunction (temporomandibular joint disorder). It involved 64 adults with sedentary lifestyles who had jaw problems and a forward head posture. Researchers measured changes in pain, jaw function, and neck movement after the exercise program.
