Summary
This study aims to see how well the drug Jardiance works compared to other standard heart failure medications in real-world Chinese patients. It will follow 5,000 adults with a weakened heart to see which treatment is better at preventing hospital stays for heart failure or death from heart problems. The goal is to gather evidence on the drug's effectiveness and safety in everyday medical practice.
