Summary

This study tests a new mRNA vaccine (GBP560) designed to prevent Japanese encephalitis, a viral infection that can cause brain swelling. Researchers will enroll 402 healthy adults aged 18 and older to check the vaccine's safety and how well it triggers the immune system. The trial compares different doses of the mRNA vaccine against an existing vaccine to find the best approach.
