Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called ivoximab, when combined with the chemotherapy temozolomide, is safe and effective for people with glioma that has returned or not responded to treatment. About 29 participants will receive the combination therapy, and doctors will check tumor response every two cycles. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it.
