Summary

This study is gathering more information on the safety and effectiveness of the drug ivosidenib for adults with advanced bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) who have already tried at least one other treatment. All participants will take ivosidenib pills daily. The main goal is to monitor side effects and see how well the drug controls the cancer and impacts patients' quality of life.
