NCT ID NCT05907057

First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests the safety of combining ivosidenib and azacitidine in adults newly diagnosed with a specific genetic subtype of acute myeloid leukemia (IDH1-mutated) who cannot receive intensive chemotherapy. About 245 participants will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see if this targeted approach can control the disease with fewer side effects than standard strong chemo.
