Summary

This study tests if a new drug called ivonescimab works better than standard chemotherapy (FOLFOX) for people with advanced bile duct cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. About 72 patients who were part of a previous trial will receive either ivonescimab or chemotherapy. The goal is to see which treatment helps keep the cancer from growing longer.
