Summary
This phase 3 trial tests two new drug combinations (ivonescimab alone or with ligufalimab) against the standard drug pembrolizumab for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. About 780 adults with PD-L1-positive cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the new treatments help people live longer.
