Summary
This study is for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (a type of nose and throat cancer) that has stopped responding to standard treatments, including PD-1 immunotherapy. Researchers are testing four different drug combinations to see which works best at shrinking tumors. About 208 adults aged 18 to 70 will take part. The goal is to find a new treatment option for this tough-to-treat cancer.
