Summary
This study aims to find out if transferring a frozen embryo immediately or waiting a bit leads to better chances of having a baby through IVF. It involves 828 women undergoing their first IVF cycle where all embryos are frozen first. Researchers will randomly assign women to either immediate or delayed transfer groups and compare live birth rates.
