Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common fertility treatment methods works better for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) undergoing IVF. Researchers will compare the progestin-primed ovarian stimulation (PPOS) protocol with the GnRH antagonist protocol in 400 participants. The main goal is to see which approach leads to more successful ongoing pregnancies and live births.
