NCT ID NCT07409493

First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two hormone protocols used in IVF to see which one leads to better-quality embryos. About 148 women will be randomly assigned to receive either a fixed PPOS protocol or a GnRH antagonist protocol. Their embryos will be monitored continuously using a special time-lapse incubator to track development patterns. The goal is to find out if one protocol produces more mature eggs and high-grade embryos than the other.
