New hormone option tested for IVF egg collection
NCT ID NCT05954962
Summary
This study compared two different hormone treatments used during IVF to prevent eggs from being released too early. Researchers tested whether a progesterone pill works as well as an injection in 150 young egg donors. The main goal was to see if both methods collected similar numbers of mature eggs for donation.
