IVF hormone puzzle: does adding one more boost success?
NCT ID NCT07348757
Summary
This study aims to learn which of two common hormone approaches works better for women undergoing IVF. It will observe 300 women receiving standard IVF care, comparing those who get one hormone (FSH) alone versus those who get two hormones (FSH+LH). The goal is to see if the two-hormone combination leads to more mature eggs, better embryos, or higher pregnancy rates.
