Scientists hunt for hidden clues in cervical mucus to boost IVF pregnancy rates

NCT ID NCT04619524

Summary

This study aims to find better ways to predict when a woman's uterus is ready for an embryo to implant during IVF treatment. Researchers will analyze proteins in cervical mucus from 476 women undergoing fertility treatment to look for biological markers linked to successful pregnancy. The goal is to develop a test that helps doctors decide the best time for embryo transfer to improve IVF outcomes.
