First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a three-drug combination (ivarmacitinib, camrelizumab, and apatinib) in 65 adults with advanced liver cancer that initially responded to immunotherapy but then stopped working. The goal is to see if adding a JAK inhibitor can re-sensitize the tumor to immune attack. Participants will receive treatment until the cancer progresses or side effects become unacceptable, for up to 2 years.
