First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at 60 pregnant women whose babies show a slightly concerning heart rate pattern (Category II) during labor. Researchers want to see if giving a fast IV fluid bolus works better than a slow continuous drip to return the heart rate to normal within 30 minutes. The goal is to find the safest, most effective way to help both mother and baby during delivery.
