This study looks at better ways to diagnose and treat intrauterine adhesions (scar tissue in the womb) that can cause infertility. Researchers will follow 5,000 women aged 18-45 for two years after surgery to see which treatments—including advanced ultrasound, new surgical tools, and traditional Chinese medicine—lead to pregnancy. The goal is to create a standard care model that improves fertility outcomes.
