Summary

This study aims to find out which dosing schedule works better for treating scalp ringworm in children. Researchers will compare taking the antifungal medication itraconazole daily versus in weekly pulses. The study will enroll 120 children aged 5 to 18 and assess cure rates using clinical exams and special imaging of the scalp.
