Summary

This study tests a program called iTRAC-HERO that teaches 7th graders how to manage their emotions to make safer sexual health decisions. About 120 teens aged 12-14 will take part. The goal is to see if learning these skills helps them feel more confident in preventing pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.
