Summary

This study tests a program called iTRAC-HERO that teaches 7th graders how to manage their emotions in the context of sexual health. The goal is to see if learning these skills helps teens feel more confident in making safer sexual decisions and reduces risky behaviors. About 120 teens aged 12-14 will take part in the program and be followed for 6 months.
